Outcomes Automation / Privacy
What this site collects, in plain terms.
The same standard the documents get: say what happens, in writing, without fog. This page covers the website. How client documents are handled under NDA is written out on the process page.
The intake form
The form on the contact page does two things when you press the button. It opens an email in your own mail app, so you see exactly what would be sent and nothing goes anywhere until you press send there. It also logs your answers, the ones you typed into the form, to a private intake list I control, so your note still reaches me if your machine has no mail handler. Those answers are used to reply to you and for nothing else: no mailing list, no resale, no sharing.
If you want an intake entry deleted, one email to josh@outcomesautomation.com does it.
Analytics
The site runs Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read, which sets Google's analytics cookies in your browser. I see aggregate numbers, not your name. If you block analytics cookies or run an ad blocker, everything on this site still works.
Your documents
No client document ever moves through this website; work arrives by email, under NDA when you want one signed first. The engineer's emails, templates, and rate sheets you send are handled on privately hosted systems, never a public AI service, and the full governance, ownership, and deletion terms are on the process page. The short version: your material stays yours, and one email ends the engagement and deletes my working copies.
