What this site collects, in plain terms

The intake form

The form on the contact page sends the answers you typed, and nothing else, to a private intake list I control. The form sets no cookie, adds no address to any mailing list, and nothing is resold or shared. I use the answers to reply to you. If the list is unreachable when you press the button, the page says so, keeps what you typed, and gives you my phone number instead; nothing is sent anywhere else.

If you want an intake entry deleted, reply to my email or call or text 360-770-0902 and it is removed.

Analytics

The site runs Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read, which sets Google's analytics cookies in your browser. I see aggregate numbers, not your name. Events record which page and which button, never what you typed into the form or the calculator. If you block analytics cookies or run an ad blocker, everything on this site still works.

Client documents

No client document moves through this website; work arrives by email, under NDA when you want one signed first. The engineer's emails, templates, rate sheets, and past documents you send are used to set up and run your firm's desk and nothing else. Drafting is done by a language model I run on my own server, and pricing and checks run in my own software. Your documents are never sent to an outside AI service. Ownership, retention, and deletion terms are on the process page. If your IT or procurement team needs more, I answer their questions in writing under NDA; ask on the form.
